My 2010 Escape had an ignition issue in the steering column. A different repair ship said that I would have to go to the dealer (which was not convenient). Joe said they could fix it and they did. They were reasonable and even gave me a loaner to drive for the day! They have my business and loyalty now!!
We just moved to the area in June and had to find a new mechanic. We read reviews and tried Autopros. This place is outstanding. We have had two vehicles in for service since June. My son's 2006 Acura TL had an electrical problem that resulted in constant dead battery. Took to three different shops and all they did was charge us $100s for stuff that didnt solve the problem. Then Joe from AutoPros stepped in. He did a little research and found out it was a short in the bluetooth system that kept trying to pair when the car was off. Only charged me $50 bucks and finally fixed it! Later when the transmission went out, Joe called around and found a used transmission that is still running 15000 miles later for $1000 less than other two estimates! These guys rock!
